The Kinesiology Association of Saskatchewan presents Empowering Movement: Chronic Condition Management, a filmed and edited professional development lecture package recorded at our 2026 Education Day on May 2, 2026.

 

Designed for Canadian Kinesiology Alliance members, practicing kinesiologists, exercise professionals, and allied health and fitness practitioners, this lecture package explores practical, evidence-informed approaches to supporting movement, exercise, and health behaviour change for people living with chronic conditions.

 

This package includes four 1-hour lectures, along with the accompanying Q&A sessions from each presentation. Together, the package is eligible for 12.5 Professional Development Credits under the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance Continuing Education Standards Program. These education credits may also be eligible for transfer or consideration through other professional development programs, including those used by NSCA, CSEP, and other health, fitness, and exercise science organizations.
