About the event
A Day in the Life is a free event where kinesiology students can experience a day in the life of a kinesiologist! This action-packed event is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of clinical kinesiology from professional kins.
Why?
Many people see a kinesiology degree as a stepping stone to further learning, but did you know that kinesiology is a viable career on its own? This event gives kin students a chance to learn from professionals in a non-judgemental, expectations-free learning environment.
What is A Day in the Life?
This is a morning-long, free, hands-on learning event. Students will be placed in small groups and given the opportunity to work with kins from various workplaces and different fields, roleplaying and participating as clients or team leaders. This is not a lecture - this is an in-gym workshop.
