The Kinesiology Association of Saskatchewan (KAS) invites you to join us for our 2026 Continuing Education Day on May 2, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the University of Regina (Room ED 191). This year’s theme, Chronic Conditions Management, will explore the vital role of kinesiology in supporting individuals living with chronic conditions through evidence-based movement and exercise interventions.

This in-person event offers a full day of learning, collaboration, and professional development, featuring expert speakers and practical insights you can apply in your practice.

Our presentations include:

  • Thomas Hamilton, Dietician – exploring the role of nutrition in chronic condition management
